Regulatory Product Compliance Support

Manufacturers, importers and other suppliers of articles like tools, machinery, textiles, electronics, furniture and (spare) parts have many product rules to keep track of. Besides restrictions (REACH & POP regulations), CE marking duties (such as RoHS) there are requirements to communicate SVHC substances to customers and notify products to the SCIP database.

The regulations change regularly and the substance lists are growing. In addition, customers demand more information/testing and there are more inspections (see Rapex risk-type: chemical). 

Based on our background in the REACH helpdesk and industry, we help companies through:

• training courses with a focus on article suppliers (in-company/ on-site/ and open online courses)
• audits & ad-hoc meetings/ sparring providing insight into obligations, exemptions and compliance risks
• development of a practical compliance strategy, updating of routines/ conditions/ documents, risk assessment & phasing out of substances
• SCIP notifications of SVHC (substances on the REACH candidate list) in articles
