About Tenviro
Tenviro AB is a Swedish consulting company that has specialised in chemical legislation, industrial air pollution & waste legislation since 2010. We help both small and large companies, as well as authorities, to navigate and comply with complex regulations at the EU level.
Our areas of expertise include:
- REACH, POP & RoHS product compliance support: practical ad-hoc and structural support with regulatory product compliance, helping companies minimising non-compliance risks.
- REACH, CLP/ GHS: classification & labeling to other compliance issues like restrictions.
- Safety Data Sheets (SDS): we compile safety data sheets according to REACH annex II in all required EU languages and notify hazrdous mixtures to EU poison information centra (PCN).
- Industrial Air Pollution: advice and consulting projects about EU IPPC/IED legislation, Best Available Techniques (BAT) assessments.
- Waste Framework Directive: support companies and governments with waste, by-product and end-of waste issues.
We also offer training courses in these areas, so that organisations can strengthen their own competence and work proactively with regulations and environmental responsibility.
About Erwin
Erwin founded Tenviro in 2010 with a solid background in environmental legislation. He has over 25 years of experience working for both companies, local and state authorities and the Dutch REACH & CLP helpdesk.
Over the years, he has built a deep understanding of how legislation works in practice, as well as how companies can best develop sustainable and legal solutions in chemicals management and environmental protection.

Hourly rate, terms & conditions Tenviro
Our hourly rate (2026) for consultancy services is: €154 excluding VAT as a standard rate, with a discount on this for large projects.
As a small consultancy firm we can keep prices competitive while you are assured of driven experts with over 25 years of relevant experience, custom solutions, flexibility, and direct lines of communication. This appeals to our target group of SMEs and government entities, as well as an increasing number of large companies.
General Terms and Conditions:
- Fixed costs and specific terms and conditions apply to training courses, tools, and safety data sheets (these can be found in order forms and, regarding training courses, on this website under the training section).
- All costs are excluding VAT and travel expenses, and can be adjusted annually.
- Consultancy hours are specified and invoiced monthly. Invoices are sent as PDFs, the payment term is 14 days.
- Training materials, checklists, tools, and manuals are and remain the intellectual property of Tenviro: it is not permitted to reproduce or make public, in whole or in part, information/ material outside of one's own organisation, unless prior permission has been obtained.
- Consultancy work often entails the use of guidance material with interpretations of legal texts, and of ECHA substance databases. It is not possible to guarantee that interpretations and substance data are always correct. Tenviro supports in minimising compliance risks but does not take over any responsibility regarding (product) compliance.
- Tenviro accepts no liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from any act or omission based on information obtained via Tenviro or its tools, unless such damage is the result of intent or gross negligence on the part of Tenviro.
- Any liability is limited to a maximum of the costs for the relevant service.
